Crash involving police officer sends motorcyclist to the hospital
GOODYEAR, Ariz. - A motorcyclist was transported to a hospital after a crash that involved a Goodyear Police Department vehicle.
According to police, the motorcyclist was transported to a hospital in Goodyear and in stable condition.
The officer involved was treated but not taken to the hospital.
An investigation is underway.
The crash happened near the intersection of 173rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
